All the villas are in groups of adjoining villas, each with a private outside area with a terrace and with table and chairs.

The Atlantic Toboggan Water Park is situated at 500 metres. It is open every day 10.00-19.30 and has a swimming pool with wave machine, toddlers + children’s pool, Jacuzzi, and water shutes. Snacks available at the Café on site.
The Oxford English Pub is situated at 500 metres, Quad bike 1km, Paint Ball 1km, Supermarket 700m, Super U 1.6 km, Restaurant Cafe 400 m, Golf 5 km, mini golf 300m, horse riding on the south side of St Jean de Monts.
