Bedroom has a king sized bed, additional single bed can be put into room if required, windows are fitted with flyscreens.

Large private living area with sofa and double sofabed, dining table seats up to 4. British televison and CD player, coffee/tea making facilities, refrigerator. The windows are fitted with flyscreens and roller blinds.
Towels and linen are included (except pool towels). The property is cleaned weekly and the towels and linen are also changed weekly.
We are located between the Dordogne and Lot valleys. The area is great for cycling, hiking, birdwatching, painting and fishing. Canoeing and sightseeing boats are available on both the Lot and Dordogne rivers. You have sole use of the 5 metre round above ground saltwater pool as well as your own private terrace with barbeque. Great local food is found in the numerous restaurants that are no further than 25 minutes from your accommodation.

We are located 10 miles from exit 56 on the A20 motorway. Follow the signs for St. Germain du Bel air until you reach the D820 (N20), turn left at the crossroads onto the D820. Drive through the villages of Pont du Rhodes and Frayssinet le Gourdonnais, at the next major intersection turn right onto the D5 (signposted Peyrilles, Uzech, Montamel). After approx 1 mile turn right at the recycling bins (signposted Bordourie), pass a farm on the left, stay right at the fork in the road and we are the next collection of buildings on the left.
