Our friendly family bed and breakfast in a traditional village house is near the square where there is a thriving market on Tuesday. There are many amenities close to the house; there is an open air swimming pool situated in the park, also tennis courts, petanque, childrens playground, lake and a rural museum. Nearby there are small shops, cafes and a restuarant.
Our house has been refurbished and we have a tranquil garden and there is ample parking space in the courtyard. There is a satellite TV/DVD and childrens games for our guests. We have 4 adult bicycles you can use to discover the countryside.
The nearest town is Melle,where you can visit the old silver mine.
Niort and Poitiers are both further afield - both approx. 40 minutes drive. La Rochelle and Ile de Re and Cognac is just over an house drive.
